Introduce a favourite website of yours, discuss about it !

My favorite website is refdesk.com contains links to hundreds of tools to track down almost any information. For example, it links to dozens of encyclopedias, general ones like Brittanica and specific ones like legal and technology encyclopedias. It contains links to Ask the Expert sites, all kinds of newspapers, specialty search engines, classic reference works such as The Elements of Style, and much, much more. It even has a terrific homework helper-I wish I had that when I was a kid. Refdesk.com is like having the ultimate library reference desk at your fingertips, 24-7, free. Consider using it as your start page.

What is Web Gadgets?

Web Gadgets are the software wizard from the web. Gadgets are single service applications which means that they are little windows and boxes that serve a single purpose. It's a small application that can be installed and executed within a web page by an end user. Gadgets can help you keep track of what you need to do such as keep track of the time, date, make calculations, conversions, weather and map. Besides, Gadgets can also help you keep track of RSS Feeds, your website's traffic and a numerous of other functions. They are derived from the idea of code reuse.  Sometimes it is also called as Widgets.
Gadgets are familiar with widgets but they have slightly differences. Widgets are generated with html code that can be copied and pasted anywhere that HTML like websites, blogs, social networks and etc. A widget is a stand alone application that can be embedded into third party sites by any user on a page where they have rights of authorship (e.g. a webpage, blog, or profile on a social media site). It allow users to turn personal content into dynamic web apps that can be shared on websites where the code can be installed.
On the other hand, gadgets cannot be copied and pasted in anywhere. They can only be used in specific website or operating system they are designed for. For example, gadgets that are designed for Yahoo can only be used in yahoo or other yahoo service.
Basically, both of them gadgets and widgets are very useful and powerful in order to make our website more interesting and attractive.

"'Business Leadership Talk"

Well the talk impressed me like the way he came out with some awesome project of his own and the way he deals with some of the big company at a very small point of age. I also learned that team work is a must, in order to find the way for success. Well I learned to be creative in life. Always try something new no matter what is the result, because as he said some projects don't click at the start but will definitely give u good results at the end. He gave the example of the university he started in India. Overall it was an inspirational talk for those who really paid attention and listened to him.
